SAFETY & PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

Please read carefully before purchasing your ticket or participating in the FlyX experience.

FlyX Tenerife is an immersive 5D flying cinema experience. The experience includes moving seats, sudden movement, vibration, simulated flight motion, wind, water/mist effects, flashing or rapidly changing images, loud sounds and other sensory effects.

Participation is voluntary. Guests should consider their own health and physical condition before participating.

1. HEALTH & SAFETY RESTRICTIONS

For your safety, you should not participate if you:

- Are pregnant.

- Have a heart condition, cardiovascular condition or other serious circulatory condition.

- Have epilepsy, a history of seizures or sensitivity to flashing or rapidly changing lights/images.

- Suffer from severe motion sickness, vertigo, dizziness or balance disorders.

- Have a serious back, neck or spinal condition or injury.

- Have recently undergone surgery or suffered a significant injury.

- Have any medical or physical condition that could reasonably be aggravated by sudden movement, vibration, motion or the sensory effects of the experience.

- Are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

- Are taking medication that significantly affects your balance, awareness or ability to participate safely.

If you are uncertain whether the experience is suitable for you because of a medical condition, please seek appropriate medical advice before participating and speak to a FlyX staff member before entering the experience.

2. DURING THE EXPERIENCE

For your safety, all guests must:

- Follow the instructions of FlyX staff at all times.

- Remain seated while the motion system is operating.

- Keep any provided seat belt or safety restraint properly fastened whenever instructed.

- Not stand, change seats or attempt to leave the seat while the motion system is operating.

- Keep hands, feet and other body parts appropriately positioned within the seating area.

- Immediately inform a member of staff if they feel unwell, dizzy, frightened or unable to continue.

FlyX staff may refuse or discontinue participation where reasonably necessary for the safety of the guest or others.

3. CHILDREN & MINORS

Children must comply with all applicable age, height and safety requirements displayed by FlyX or communicated by staff.

Children must be supervised as required by FlyX's participation rules.

Where a booking includes a person under 18, the parent, legal guardian or responsible adult making the booking should review these Safety & Participation Conditions and ensure that the relevant safety restrictions are considered for each minor participating under their responsibility.

4. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Phones, cameras, glasses, bags and other loose belongings should be securely stored before the experience begins.

Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of their personal belongings.

FlyX is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings except to the extent that such responsibility cannot legally be excluded or limited.

5. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE EXPERIENCE

By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that you have been informed that FlyX is a motion-based immersive attraction and that effects such as movement, vibration, simulated flight, wind, mist, flashing or rapidly changing images and loud sounds may cause effects including dizziness, motion sickness, disorientation or discomfort in some individuals.

You agree to comply with the safety instructions provided by FlyX and its staff.

Participation is voluntary and involves the inherent and foreseeable effects and risks associated with this type of immersive motion experience.

Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits any consumer right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6. BEFORE PARTICIPATING

If you have any concerns regarding your ability, or the ability of a child or other person in your booking, to participate safely, please speak to a member of FlyX staff before the experience begins.

IF IN DOUBT, DO NOT PARTICIPATE UNTIL YOU HAVE SPOKEN WITH A MEMBER OF STAFF.
